Big Springs Ditch Water Conservation Project, Townsend, MT 2015–16

• Manage all aspects of design and construction for a $1 million Water Conservation Project funded by a Bureau of Reclamation WaterSMART Grant, and multiple grants from the Department of Natural Resources and Conservation. This project includes piping 3,050 feet of open ditch adjacent to the Missouri River and Montana Rail Link with 54” HDPE Pipe.

Central Valley Fire District – Station 1

• Assist in selection of the architectural and contracting team. Manage all aspects of design and construction for new resident Station 1 at Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport.

• Manage all aspects of construction for the Big Sky Villas apartment renovation, which includes a complete interior and exterior renovation of 24 occupied units in a compressed schedule.

Human Resource Development Council

• Manage all aspects of construction for the Big Sky Villas apartment renovation, which includes a complete interior and exterior renovation of 24 occupied units in a compressed schedule.

Monforton School, Bozeman, MT 2010–17

• Manage all aspects of design and construction for mechanical, electrical, and fire suppression upgrades and new construction for school expansion.
• TM was invited back by the Monforton School District to help develop a successful bond strategy, manage the design process, and execute the project during the construction phase.
• Manage all aspects of planning, design, and construction of a new $7 million middle school. Completed July 2017.

Montana State University, Bozeman, MT 2011–2017

• Coordinate work on campus with Verizon, AT&T, and Sprint contractors.
• Feasibility Study and implementation of all aspects of procurement and construction of additional research and classroom space needed for the Engineering and Ecology Departments.
• Campus-wide Catastrophic Hail Damage Repair.
• Leon Johnson Hall Thermal Biology Institute (TBI) remodel. Managed NSF-funded project to renovate the 70s-era Thermal Biology Institute’s (TBI) research labs, completely updated to meet the demands of modern research technologies.
• Leon Johnson Hall Energy Upgrade Project. Coordinated a complicated scope of work within an eight story, fully-occupied research facility, including asbetos abatement, HVAC replacement, and new energy plant.
• Linfield Hall Facility Upgrades. Extensive renovations and upgrades including HVAC and complete electric service.
• Miller Dining Hall Renovation: TM was asked to assume management responsibilities with only four months remaining before the scheduled August 2015 grand opening of this $15 million renovation of this 60’s-era building. This complete renovation included structural, mechanical, and electrical upgrades, and extensive detailed work with 11 food vendors.

Ophir Elementary School, Big Sky, MT 2014–15

• Manage all aspects of the design and construction of this new K-4 elementary school, the response of the Big Sky community to growth and increased enrollment. Funded by a $10,100,000 bond passed by voters.

Park High School, Livingston, MT 2010–12

• Manage all aspects of design and construction for a $15 million modernization and expansion.

Sourdough Fire Department, Bozeman, MT 2014

• Manage all aspects of design and construction of Sourdough Fire Station, planned and coordinated to keep the fire station fully operational during construction.
