The Shooting Star project was planned to accommodate individual unit customization. With 23 pre-sold units comprising 65,000 square feet, it was imperative that we understood each client’s needs and translate that into the overall work plan. Since communication is key, our implementation of an accurate construction schedule that utilized key milestones was instrumental in facilitating informed conversations and making key decisions.
Adverse weather can severely impact a project, but our successful work experience with mountain climate construction has taught us what to anticipate, as well as techniques to mitigate the risk. Distributing burden in well crafted sub-contracts, understanding scope and budgets related to the cost of the work, and accounting for changes in production related to schedule are just a few of the tools we use in leading a team to success: delivered on-time, on-budget.
