This project presented numerous unique challenges. Some of these included project delivery within a fixed window between football seasons, development of underground utilities in an area congested with a mixture of active, abandoned, and forgotten infrastructure, and — most significantly — the implications of COVID and its effects of supply chain issues and workforce quarantine.
As the implications of supply chain issues became apparent, we reacted quickly to develop a detailed procurement log to identify and accelerate delivery of critical project components. Ultimately, these and other efforts resulted in an on-time and on-budget project delivery.
