This new branch office is situated in the high traffic area of North Bozeman and is distinguished in its design. The facility boasts a comfortable public lobby, Community Room with mountain views and various operations spaces distributed on two floors of the 11,236-SF building.

Built during an extremely active construction market in Bozeman, managing material procurement and labor resources were key factors to success.

The design was a statement which delivered not only form and function, but also targeted a goal for achieving LEED Silver accreditation. Through careful management and coordinated teamwork, the project ultimately achieved LEED Gold accreditation.
